SSO

By connecting to an SSO provider, it is possible to synchronize all tools used with that provider in saasmetrix. This is particularly useful for discovering unknown applications used by users.

It is possible to connect Google SSO, Microsoft SSO and Microsoft SSO with application permissions.

To do so, click on the "Connect" button of the desired SSO provider and log in with your credentials in the next step.

Once you have successfully connected, you can use the 'View' button to switch to the detailed view, where you will find all recognized accounts and applications. Recognized applications are also listed in the Applications menu.

There are two ways to hide irrelevant applications:

1. In the "Applications" menu, click on the 3 dots for each application and select "Hide application".

1. In the "Data Sources" menu, open the relevant SSO provider via "View" and then click on the name of the SSO provider. This will open a new window with a list of all detected applications. These can be selected or deselected with a checkmark.
